(1) Advising on legal and compliance issues in respect to clients’ daily operation in Chinese market;

(2) Drafting, reviewing and revising daily business operation contracts, including business cooperation agreements, distribution agreements, purchase contracts, sales contracts, service contracts, confidentiality agreements, license agreements and other legal documents;

(3) Analyzing and answering questions in respect to various legal issues concerning intellectual property rights, labor laws, tax and environmental protection which occur in the business operation of foreign-investedenterprises, and assisting clients in handling general disputes over labor and personnel matters;

(4) Assisting clients in handling disputes and controversies prior to litigation and arbitration, and representing clients in issuing attorney letters, demand letters and other documents to third parties; 

(5) Assisting clients in improving various internal rules and policies;

(6) Participating in project planning, scheme designing and commercial negotiations, as well as providing procedural assistance and services for clients’ major business activities;

(7) Assisting clients in the crisis management; 

(8) Providing legal comments and trainings with respect to the clients concerned legal hotspots; 

(9) Providing up-to-date information on changes in Chinese laws, regulations and policies.
